1 /5 Oriana Fuentes: I wish I never chose this firm to represent me, attorney Tina Denham was assigned to my case and I completely regret. She lost my case because she didn’t research and didn’t was prepare properly to save my case in front the judge, she was freeze. Now are 4 weeks since my case was DISMISSED WITH PERJUDICE AND I have not received a refund of the hours that she DO NOT WORK and still waiting. When I contacted the firm to request the change of the attorney Tina send me the after email to see what we can do to save the case and appeal, BUT NO THANK YOU, I lost at least $5k on the end of the day say I will lose the case ANYWAY if will be fight or not. SO WHY THEY LOST MY TIME AND MONEY KNOWING MY CASE WOULD BE DISMISSED? I HAVE BEEN DOING MORE by myself without this firm represent me with the opposite attorneys when I have hire them! I’ll update this when I RECEIVE The properly paperwork to what was done and MY MONEY BACK OF THE WORK THAT TINA DIDNT DO. I now understood why she was fired from the last firm. This Firm hire a lot of irresponsible, procrastination, unprofessional and incompetent People. I would definitely can present charges for negligence, incompetence and mental abuse against this firm.
