Danny Martin Hello everyone who needs an accident attorney, I want to let you know that attorney Lisa Hastings and her team, Legler, Murphy & Battaglia, LLP, are the best Ive found. They fight for you to help you with insurance. Sometimes, I called, but they ignore you. They also fight to provide you with good service regarding your injuries. They dont leave you alone. They can contact you in person or by phone, unlike other attorneys who only call the secretaries and you never see the attorney. You always see them in person. I recommend them 100% because they were the ones who helped me with a case, without hesitation.

My mother and I were searching for the Right firm to set up her Estate Planning, and made several appointments with different firms around South Florida. It was important for us to find an Attorney who was experienced, and who could provide us good recommendations. My mother and I met with Lauren Morales and she was great! Immediately we felt comfortable with her. She was knowledgeable and understood what my mother was looking to accomplish. You could tell Lauren was genuine, smart and kind. Sebastian Affordable, very familiar with the area and very good customer service. I hired them for a case - a traffic offense with property damage in DeSoto county - after hearing good things about the firm from three or four other friends and Rios was able to get my case dismissed after only two or three months. The office workers and legal assistants were very nice and very helpful as well. Worth the money. The only thing Ill add (and Im not docking any stars because I believe the firm did everything right, I think there were just some crossed wires) is that if your case is dismissed or finalized youll want to check with your PO to make sure theyve received the paperwork as my PO didnt receive the notice of dismissal from the clerk of court so I had to send a copy over to take care of it but it was quick and easy as the firm provided me a copy. Very good, competent local firm.
