Bob Canter There was fraudulent activity on my debit card. I reported it promptly and the fraudulent transaction was blocked. I then went to our nearby Capital City Bank branch to get a new debit card. The entire transaction was quick and very easy; bank staff is very courteous.

Business Email This bank is the worst so far. Tammy Brown was my manager.Had my first check processed 10 days. Online transfers are unavailable. Zelle doesnt work. Cash app transfer was not approved by this bank and customer service is unavailable on weekends. Plus, another payment to the credit card was not available.DO NOT RECOMMEND. And those "specialists" may need a different jobs.

Jose Tallador If aint vennessa they fina finenes-ya...had awesome experience like always...she does what she can,when she can ,how ever she can.and the best she can....she is the definition of nothing wrong with trying....she will work with what she got and make it work..Im not kidding this is legit...I also like the way how she explains things..she will break it down the best we can for you to make it easier for you to understand...for example why your getting more or getting less ,or why this and that and she will also explain to you on how you can get more in your future tax return..but only if you ask ..if youre 18 or someone young and dont know how to do your taxes or its your first time I highly recommend vennessa she will explain and break down what you need to know..and if you are confused she will explain it to you the best way possible for you to understand.....you aint fina walk out that building without a big smile on your face no matter how much you got or how less you got....but she will try her best
