She was able to meet with me in three meetings to help me understand the Medicare system . First she tutored me in the general idea of the system and what part A and B were . She explain the advantage plan to me and helped me find the right plan that worked with my doctors and any medicines . She compared a few different plans for me and then I was able to make a decision on which one I wanted . She was professional and personal , and made my transition from my health insurance to Medicare !
