1 /5 Randy K: They are pretty useless. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Just meanless recordings. When you are promted to press #3 - it just goes dead. Or it rings once and goes dead. When you need legal advice this is not the place to go ! ( I really tried ). Their input section is comical. IMPOSSIBLE to enter your date of birth. It is stuck on JAN 2024. You have to spend 20 minutes literally "trying" to scroll back to 1950. THEY REALLY DONT WANT TO HELP ANYONE - which is why they dont answer phones or text msgs. Pretty sad they offer but dont deliver

5 /5 A. Hebert: Linda was the first person I spoke to and she was a Godsend! I was going through a difficult divorce with children and I had no idea what I was doing. She was able to get me in to a legal clinic that was occurring near me. I had to wait a week or two but I would much rather wait than make a mistake on such an important issue! The family law attorney donating his time to the clinic was very warm and easy to work with. He let me tell him my story while still being able to ask me pertinent questions to answer the questions on the paperwork. I never felt rushed or unheard. I will forever be grateful for this non-profit and what they do for our community!!! Id give them 6 stars if I could!!

1 /5 Tandem Fun4Us: Very disappointed. Access is only by phone and walk ins are told to call and call and call until they get through. I was trying to find out if I am eligible. An online questionnaire would be welcome! A kiosk in their office to help find out if eligible would be good. I believe the staff are busy but helping the public can be done in other ways too. A divorce from an abusive spouse is what I am trying to achieve. Very sad.

1 /5 Sun Shall: This outfit may be helpful to rare lucky people. But as bad as they were a few years ago at communicating and responding theyre much worse now. Theyre phantoms. Why does their name and number keep appearing invitingly when theres really nobody there?!?!
