Community First Credit Union - St. Augustine (FL)

1 /5 Jonathan Trumpower: Called prior to driving 45 minutes in traffic to make sure I had what I needed to open a business banking account; was told I’m good to go. Show up; nope you need to make an appointment.. so I ask to make a large withdrawal, they decline because the bank works off of made up fake money. Brach manager finally settled on an amount, was visibly unhappy with it, kept asking why I wanted cash….. I’ll be returning on several occasions to take everything but a few dollars out of the account. I’ve had various other issues with them over the years, Them not paying my insurance causing a lapse In coverage etc Avoid…. Find somewhere more competent to do your banking.

5 /5 Janiel Laureano: Best credit union in Saint Augustine. I’ve been to other locations they are alright. But I had not only the help I needed but staff are very friendly and helpful. They will get you take care of SUPER fast. No waiting here. Please trust what I say and give it a shot. Great management and staff and thank you to Mr. Chip, he’s the reason I wrote this. He feels like family and I honestly want him to feel special because he’s just a nice and caring person.

5 /5 Leah Thompson: I was in today to get approved for a credit card and Megan Wiseman greeted me and helped me through the whole process and was super helpful. Every time I come into Community first I am always welcomed by kind and friendly employees and I have never had any problems where they couldn’t be resolved. I would recommend Community first to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly bank.
