On your very FIRST call they provide you with the refund policy so everyone is on the same page which DOES include being timely with your payments. Think about it, how can you expect them to honor a 90-day money back guarantee if you don’t pay on time? Time is of the essence and a late payment means a delay in them sending out your dispute letters which means it will take longer to get results. They complete a full audit of your entire credit report and get your first set of letters out within 48 hours. Their customer service is AMAZING! You can even text message them questions. They are so friendly and willing to help. Each month you receive credit tips to build your financial literacy so you don’t make the same mistakes with your credit in the future. If you don’t use what they provide and aren’t obedient to the requirements they tell you clearly on the FIRST call, it’s unfair to complain about the lack of results.
