5 /5 Oleg Chuprino: Incredibly helpful staff. All the difficulties that arose with the opening of the account were resolved in a very short time. In other banks, they simply asked me to call the service line and there, after a bunch of verification, they began to solve my problem. Everything about this bank is different. If necessary, they themselves call whom they need, but they solve my problem right at the bank.

5 /5 Chilcutt C. Kevin (Charles): My sons used to bank for a loan that they needed. A third son also has done business with them. Ive heard nothing but good things about them. My son needed help getting some money in, so I went in to make a deposit for him. I actually had a question which they couldnt answer completely because Im not on the account, but the young lady gave me enough information to help me figure out what needed to be done. Then the lady who likely is a bank manager had overheard and had already looked up in help me out even further. Where we thought we had an issue it turned out we didnt. Again they couldnt do everything as far as giving me full information because Im not an account holder, but they were super friendly, super helpful, and seem to be a really good hometown style bank. There are other banks and financial institutions that I also think have some great folks working for them. But this one I feel just as comfortable as I would with some of my own banking friends. I highly recommend them. And they are the type of bank that will listen to you and consider you when you need a loan. They dont just punch in numbers and pass it off.
