She came well recommended to us all Medicaid needs for my father-in-law in 2016 and I cant say enough good things about her. She is very compassionate and understanding and her knowledge of the laws is exceptional. My mother-in-law passed in 2017 and once again we needed Carolyn for the very complicated Florida probate and her expertise has been a blessing. She is an out and out godsend in my opinion. 5 /5 Eric Juttner: I hired Carolyn to provide advice and execute some legal documents (power of attorney, trust, living will, etc.) on behalf of my elderly parents and disabled brother. This was my first experience working with an attorney so I didnt know what to expect. In the end I needed someone I could trust, who would be patient in walking me through options, and would be easy to communicate with since I live out of state. In total I worked with Carolyn over a five month period and she was outstanding. If I had to do it over I would hire her again. I most appreciated her honest and direct manner. Shes extremely knowledgeable and when I had questions (and I had many!) she got right to the point on options, pros / cons, and recommendations. There wasnt any wasted motion. When we made decisions she explained what she would do, then she did it. There were never any surprises and the process always felt very efficient. She was also very responsive when I reached out to her via phone or email. I dont have any negative remarks. If youre looking for a solid elder attorney I strongly recommend that you have a conversation with Carolyn.

5 /5 JOE WAGNER: I cold called her office on a recommendation. She did not have to take my call but Carolyn did. She gave me her time, she was kind and offered some suggestions. She did not even know if i would retain her yet she was courteous, gave me her time and help. Her disposition was reassuring, informative and pleasant. She did not seem to be solely interested in you as a dollar sign but rather truly impressed me with her desire to be of assistance. Just on the way she received me, I will be doing business with this firm. If you are seeking a person that presents herself with your interest at heart, this is the way I was treated and on that I whole-heartedly recommend you giving her a try.

The work was handled professionally and quickly. Communications were timely and informative. Felt the fees were fair and well earned. Have upmost confidence in the quality of the work performed. Continue to use Carolyn for the annual regulatory work with the guardianships.
