Unfortunately, as is often the case in Florida, the rates were still quite high, and I wasn’t able to make the switch at this time. That said, it was definitely worth reaching out—they made the process easy and were transparent with the information. I’d still recommend giving them a try if you’re shopping around for coverage. I had questions about our auto policies and got them all answered in just a few minutes. Also pointed me to a new defensive driving discount I was unaware of. Tony, this is an excellent choice for the first person to meet/greet/help customers.
