Juana Portela I really dont know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. Ive been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I dont know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent. I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technologys fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money thats been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the banks fault so Im not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.

Christa Hickingbottom Linda is absolutely fantastic. Best location we have ever visited. Had an appointment at another location and for some reason (hope everyone is OK) they didnt open the office. Called Mrs Linda and she got us in ASAP. Super friendly and great at what she does. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience.
