I didn’t feel like I was dealing with the normal kind of back-and-forth I’ve had to deal with when buying all of my other vehicles in the past that was always so stressful. David definitely goes the extra mile (or 200 miles) to deliver what you want. He walked me through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle (and there are many) and made sure I knew how to work everything. He had the vehicle clean as a whistle and a full tank when I arrived to pick it up. It was a great experience. Thank you David!!

He really took his time and got me all set up with the Chevy app and showed me the great features my car has. I test drove longer than normal. I asked Dale if I could keep going. I wanted to be 100% sure. I bought a brand new 2025 marine blue Chevy trax fully loaded. I love it!

1 /5 Alyssa Heyn: I stopped servicing my vehicle here for almost a year due to a $300 bill with a wrong diagnosis (charged us a regen, when actually it needed def injectors and a transmission). When we called to get our money back or discount then no one would return our calls and Cody said it was out of his realm. I decided to try them again for a tire rotation yesterday. I had my rear left tire with a small silver pan head screw which was not losing air and was just stuck between tread so they pulled that out. The right rear tire was losing air about 10 psi a week so I was airing it once a week but I couldn’t see anything in it. They told me there was a bolt in it so they removed it and patched it. He then tells me it’s hissing air when he is filling it up. I’ve been the only airing that tire for months and never once did it make a sound. I left went 5 mins up the road to Walmart, came out ann hour later and my tire was now on 24 psi from 40 when I left their lot. I limped it 2 miles home and you could hear the air from 5 ft away and I’m on rim this morning it’s so flat. They gave me a piece of tape with the items they removed but I thought nothing of it and threw it in my purse. Al told me I needed to get a new tire soon but never once emphasized that I wasn’t gonna make it 2 hours before I’m flat. So now that I’m dead flat I’ve pulled that piece of tape out of my purse and this big bolt which was in that tire that got patched plus this itty bitty piece that would fit perfectly in the side wall. I talked to al and he is saying they didn’t pull it out the sidewall, he doesn’t know where that itty bitty piece came from, and that moving the tire to the front is the reason it’s now flat. I’ve attached the photos. I just think it’s absolutely insane that I bring you an issue and leave with it worse than I brought it. I get the sidewall cannot be patched but it wasn’t making a sound before I brought it. Now it don’t hold air at all. No one can tell me where that itty bitty piece came from but it’s real convenient that it’s perfect sized for the sidewall hole.
