Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless. He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help. I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Debra Harrington For the past several years, I have been working with Richard Koblick both prior to my retirement and now the last two years while I’ve been retired and it has been an amazing experience. I am not a financially savvy. Individual and Richard has made things so very clear and easy to understand, not only as I approached retiring with a little apprehension, but he’s kept things clear and easy for me these last two years and managing my finances. jay thomas John Gordon contacted me a little over a week ago to let me know that they received a partial payment on an account that was rather recent however the company has been dodging us for months, this was odd because up until completion of the job "fire station in Oceola County" we would have daily conversations with them. We have been in business for over 30 yrs and I can only remember having a collection issue once, needless to say I was quite apprehensive to hiring a collection agency but at this point I have run out of options. In any event we received the first portion of the payment in the mail this morning and we are very grateful for your services. I know that people seldomly take the time to honor great behavior thats why I felt the need to do so. Your company has made believers out of me. Betty Allen I love coming to this Circle K. Tonesha is such a pleasure to see when I walk inside and I’m greeted immediately. She always has a wonderful attitude everyday when I come in. She’s such a ray of sunshine. It’s nice to come into and establishment and feel welcomed. It’s rare these days.
