Lauretta Smatlak Thibeaux We chose Roger to represent our daughter Chrystal in her trial. We knew, going in, that the cards we well stacked against her. Roger had a very difficult task ahead of him. We did not expect her to win her case do to misrepresentation of the facts to accommodate the customers her company did business with expecting retaliation and compensation not owed to them. Therere too many details to include here but the point is knowing ahead of time that our success would likely be in the appeal process, Roger included extensive research, hearings, objections and denials to give the best chance for the appellate lawyers to overturn my daughters unjustified charges. As of this writing, we are in the appeal process, Roger is still assisting us beyond his fee and we are told by the lawyers they are very confident that her charges will be overturned! Rogers response, he will continue to help as he can and will continue to pray for our daughters justice.
