If you need insurance please please make sure you ask for Karla! She is so responsive and has answers to all of our questions in such a timely manner. She takes care of you like you are one of her own family members. We are actively in the process of trying to buy a house and needed certain insurance paperwork and Karla took matters into her own hands and emailed our loan agent directly and continued to correspond with them until the matter was resolved. She treats her job as more than as a job and I wish there were more people like her in the insurance industry and in the world! I cannot recommend Karla Kirkland enough! Please ask for her!
