1 /5 Carol Newman: I was NOT told that I would get no interest the first year . I was told up to 5%! That was not true. They spend money on entertaining their clients with our interest. I lost a lot of money and could have received 5% at a local bank! 10 years of no or very little interest is unacceptable!!
