1 /5 Iris Wilsek: Horrible costumer service. I took an disabled elderly veteran in for assistance with reporting fraud and closing out the account and the bank manager refused to assist. He was more focused on the iPad he was carrying around and less interested in the consumers waiting to be served. He handed the veteran a business card to the fraud department explaining that they do not assist with fraud at the bank. We ended up driving to the Beverly Hills Branch and they sat him down in an office and discussed concerns and assisted with all his needs including opening a new account and blocking any debits from his old account until he could transfer his SS and VA into his new account.
