2 /5 Miche Persal: I get more and more disappointed by BoA & the lack of ability to actually provide help. Imagine waiting a long time in branch, then getting a manager who gives you BOA phone numbers to call that arent the people who can help. So now the phone people connect you to your Merrill Lynch people. Guess from now on the branch is just for mindless tasks. Makes me question why I have money in this bank at all. If it werent for my M. Lynch people Id move all my money to my credit union. If it keeps up I probably will. Too many issues with their services and fees. Theyre definitely declining. I left Chase many years ago because their cust service started declining. Big business cares less for the people ... Theyd rather pay for their execs and billboards at events - fees and interest are not benefits for customers.
