5 /5 Club 777: I have been coming to this branch 8+yrs, but I had my best customer service ever from Stephania, she was super attentive, helped with with everything, I needed a lot of things done, she did them all with smile and fast! Thank you Stephania!

1 /5 Megan Leslie: If I could leave NO stars I would. This is the absolute WORST bank its ever been my misfortune to deal with. The tellers, managers and account overlords are rude, inept and ignorant. My legally blind 65yr old friend needed to cash a government check and not only was she required to open an account, they made us go back and forth to the SS office FOUR TIMES to prove she was the intended recipient. It then took them THREE DAYS and myriad bs to actually open the account. When we just went to cash the check, they still told her she couldnt cash it. She had to DEPOSIT IT and it wont even be available today. This bank needs to go under. Completely unacceptable .

1 /5 Eric Mcflintstone: Horrible company. Charging fees for a "free" checking account when I have meet the criteria for free checking for 6 years never going under the minimum once. Tried to sneak in the random maintenance charge of 25 dollars a month. Beware bank of America are thieves. They reimbursed me for 3 months but would not for the previous 2 months until I signed up for some free new program. Why I wouldnt be automatically switched to this "new free program" and Bank of america takes it upon themselves to help themselves to my money is criminal. I can only imagine how many people dont know about this scam and are paying the 25.00 a month unknowingly. Update: I have already spoke with multiple customer service reps on the phone and still havent been refunded. Now they want me to try to settle it using a social media app. What a joke you are BOA. Keep the 50 bucks. Judging by your reviews you need it much more than me

5 /5 Scott Andrews: Easy access and parking. The lobby is open and the view to the teller windows is wide open. You are greeted when you enter. We walked right up to the kindest teller who immediately began to assist us. We were there to pay off our mortgage. Our teller was very professional and took great care to ensure every detail was captured. With a process like this a Manager has to approve and she could not have been more kind. It was an emotional moment for us. We choose to do this while we were on vacation. Highly recommended.

1 /5 mary garton: I am over Bank of America. There is only one branch and one ATM down town. Half the time I go to the ATM on Flagler there is only one ATM working. The ATM itself is placed in such an awkward position I have to twist my arm in an unnatural position to deposit cash which also takes me 3 times to get the machine to accept it. Not a fan of their politics either. I think Im over due for a change.
