1 /5 Concerned Consumer: Rachel is the worst attorney I have ever encountered. I wish I never hired her. She seemed very interested in my case and was so nice when I gave her the retainer fee. After that, her personality changed and she was a much different person. She was unprofessional and unethical to say the least. Her secretary was very kind and professional but you dont hire an attorney because of this. Her Paralegal on the other hand was very short with me and was rude. Stay away!

Mr. Bachand defended me against what we viewed as a nuisance suit and did it well. He was very aware of cost/benefit, our legal position, and the strengths and weaknesses of their case. His advice always had our best interest at heart, and he explained his reasoning very well. Invariably, my answers to his recommendations were -- I trust you. I recommend you do so as well.
