Rosa Golden We have been with Gulf Winds in Milton, FL since 2017 when they approved us for a new car loan with a really low interest rate. They are a great credit union with great customer service. Although today I went in and you have a new Asian guy that I havent seen before. He should be trained to wish his customers a good day, especially when they say thank you. Hes rude.

Kala Shiver The website says the money center is open until 11pm. We drove from Panama City to pick up a check & went in 3 minutes after 9pm & couldnt cash the check which left us with barely any gas & no money to get back home!!

Bobby Detter Tyler was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough, but his patience and ability to convey what was needed to me was amazing. I had many questions and work a full time job, as well as watch my young children, and he worked around my schedule and made himself available multiple times to work with me. Not only was this an amazing experience in a time we needed help, but I would recommend Tyler to all of my friends/family!

Lis Ber They send unsolicited mail offering loans for secured rates. They do not stick with the offered rates. They then will have at the minimum, 4 different companies calling you trying to get you to let them run your credit as well. Oh and for the record, you will have to file a dispute against Prudent and their affiliates because they will place hard hits on your credit file even though they say that they wont. I will assume that this is a secondary lender that preys on people with poor credit but I cant imagine that there are not better and more ethical companies out there, no matter your circumstances. These people should be fined multiple times and investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau everytime they do this to someone. You can report them online.
