1 /5 Melissa McCluskey: Truck was deposed by a clerical mistake. Bank fixed it same day. Made an appointment to pick up my truck was told to be there between 12:30 and 1 pm. After ariving at 12:15 and waiting til 1:40 also calling 14 times with no answer I was finally told that I have to call back tomorrow and make another appointment since they were closed that day and only open Monday Wednesday and Friday. This was Thursday. I was then infomed because they were closed I was going to be charged an aditional few for storage of personal belongings!

4 /5 Alexus Perry: When it comes to tow places, I rarely have anything nice to say. But this guy is a veteran, he is very nice when you talk him in a calm manner, and even offers you bags for your things when you are under repossession. Some other places don’t even offer that.. Despite his work, he’s not a nasty person. And you can get your car back if you pay what you owe.

5 /5 Kaitlynn Peterson: I usually never give 5 stars to any establishment and it’s even crazier that this is a recovery establishment. My vehicle was sadly repossessed due to hard times. The guy that runs this establishment in Tallahassee was so helpful to us and was sincerely trying to help us get our vehicle back. He’d call me with updates and everything to let us know what was going on. Very nice guy and so helpful! If you go through what we did, be nice to these folks. They’ll really go the extra mile to help you out if you need it. The main office in Tampa is a little shady but the guy that runs the Tallahassee location is very nice.

1 /5 Mahlik Marshall: Stole many items out of my vehicle, then proceeded to tell me how they hate thieves. Said to call the policebecause they wont do anything about it. Very sad. Then had the nerve to charge for storage after stealing my things out of my car without a key. Oh and they added a nice 2000!!!! Miles onto my car. These people are animals. Being reported as I type this. Id give them no stars if it was an option.
