Not only was he wildly unhelpful, he was rude, and even hung up on me. I will be cancelling all my plans with Allstate because of this interaction. I held life insurance, car insurance, and home insurance. I will recommend everyone I speak to cancel with Allstate. I will do anything I can to deter people from this mans business. Thank you for making the worst week of my life even harder.
