Diana Husband I was looking for a fiduciary to do a spot check on my finances and John was the absolute perfect person for the job. He was incredibly prepared, knowledgeable, and provided me very actionable advice and his perspective on where my finances stood, and items I could improve. He provided me the foundation I needed to understand some of the financial principles and helped me understand how to use the tools available to my advantage. His time and skillset was well worth the money and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and plan to use him again in the future.

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

Lis Ber They send unsolicited mail offering loans for secured rates. They do not stick with the offered rates. They then will have at the minimum, 4 different companies calling you trying to get you to let them run your credit as well. Oh and for the record, you will have to file a dispute against Prudent and their affiliates because they will place hard hits on your credit file even though they say that they wont. I will assume that this is a secondary lender that preys on people with poor credit but I cant imagine that there are not better and more ethical companies out there, no matter your circumstances. These people should be fined multiple times and investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau everytime they do this to someone. You can report them online.
