He was friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a car within my budget. He and Beth (Finance Manager) explained financing options and handled all the paperwork. Overall, I would recommend Riker’s Auto Financial to others. Fernando’s excellent customer service skills made the process smooth, and I’m very happy with my purchase!
