1 /5 Lucky Howard: I shoulda known better to pay someone that was appointed by a dcf supervisor to help get me my son away from dcf. Id been better of picking up 1 of these people with a will work for food signs.

1 /5 A Jackson: The worst attorney. Now i understand why his reviews suck. I never got advised of any of my court dates. When he showed up to court you could tell he didnt know what was going on. My case lasted two years and i tried filing multiple motions even one concerning my child being sexually molested as well as 2 other children (which hernando county did absolutely nothing about by the way, im still seeking answers)Elliotts office never sent over any motions i requested and one i even paid a teacher to write for me to make it easy on their office but no motions took place nor have they given me the documents of my case. The people who answer the phone are rude as well as Elliott plus they are all disorganized. I had set up multiple appointments by phone they will tell you that they will call but never do. Avoid these people at all cause.

5 /5 Natalie Perkins: I will never forget the help Elliott gave to my daughter and I. Elliot knew exactly what to do. Elliott has integrity and will defend those who are being mistreated. He was also extremely fair with what he charges.

1 /5 Gabriel Acosta: This guy is the worst lawyer I ever met in my life!!! I know I was and am still a great father. I was young and just didn’t want to be taken advantage of, specially after hearing the horror stories, from other guys. I payed a 3k retainer fee. He gets to the mediation, ends up being on my ex’s side, who was at that time a master manipulator, but lawyers aren’t supposed to be swayed by emotions. Then claims to not remember what I wanted which was very reasonable. Then we talked a little more and he says basically “the system will do what it wants either way”and I said ok I don’t want to work with this guy anymore (Mr Ambrose) I tried to salvage any left over money and they said the contract states that’s not happening. So basically he maid 1500/hr with me. I didn’t think I could fight against a lawyer so I left it at that. Words of advice don’t use this law firm!
