5 /5 Howard A: 5 years ago 1 star (horrible customer service) at best. 2025 easily 5 stars. They replied by emails and or phone, the follow up and confirm appointments. Lawyers emailed a detailed draft for me to review and answered all of my questions. I was on the end of a family member going to a different attorney and they basically took her money and made a will where I had to hire a lawyer to get everything done. I refused to have me family go through this with me. Solkoff attorneys made a great will where all my family members have to do is show death certificate and id. Everything is written in the will.
