Sebastian Affordable, very familiar with the area and very good customer service. I hired them for a case - a traffic offense with property damage in DeSoto county - after hearing good things about the firm from three or four other friends and Rios was able to get my case dismissed after only two or three months. The office workers and legal assistants were very nice and very helpful as well. Worth the money. The only thing Ill add (and Im not docking any stars because I believe the firm did everything right, I think there were just some crossed wires) is that if your case is dismissed or finalized youll want to check with your PO to make sure theyve received the paperwork as my PO didnt receive the notice of dismissal from the clerk of court so I had to send a copy over to take care of it but it was quick and easy as the firm provided me a copy. Very good, competent local firm.

Megan My experience with Mr. Ecker was beyond amazing! He was recommended to me from a previous employer. He was upfront as far as the details within my DUI case which I had never expected to be able to beat. Almost 3 years after the incident my charge was dismissed. He handled everything while being very honest and upfront with me. At any given time, whether it was an evening or weekend he always immediately responded to my text messages to ease my mind or answer any questions I had. When it was our time in court he was aggressive and knowledgable and in the end won our case. I hope to never have to use him again but I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
