5 /5 Drew Pena: I was contacted by phone by Bianca on what I needed to do to open an account. A couple of weeks later we went to open my twins first bank accounts at the Kissimmee branch. We didn’t have an appointment and had to wait for a little while to see someone. Our banker Leo Ormsby was so helpful and set up accounts for both my boys and made changes to my personal accounts. It was past closing time by the time we were done. I was so thankful that he was able to accommodate us and finish the job. Thanks Leo!
