I unfortunately had an car accident back in January of 2018. I tried to resolve the matters on my own however I was unable to do so because of my work schedule. 5 /5 Danny Cooper: Unfortunately, my wife was recently involved in a rear end motor vehicle collision where the other driver was clearly at fault. Thankfully, my wife’s injuries were not severe, but there was significant damage to her vehicle and she had a stiff back. Candidly, we were reluctant and somewhat unsure if we needed or should even reach out to an attorney. From prior experience, it seemed likely to be more of a hassle than anything. That said, since I was familiar with Greg Shentwu and John Hinman of the Hinman Law Group, I reached out to see what they thought about this accident. From that point forward their team treated our matter like the most important case, took care of everything, referred my wife to an amazing chiropractor and helped get her car fixed. They took the stress away of having to deal with the insurance company. Their customer service and communication across the board was amazing. In the end, they advocated behind the scenes to reach a settlement that was not only fair but far exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to put into words the value they provided by taking care of every detail following my wife’s car accident. This firm genuinely cares, treats you like family and gives you their all. But what sets John apart is his unwavering dedication to his clients. Two hours after I initially called his office, John personally returned my call and then spent nearly 30min reviewing my case. There were a few hiccups in the beginning due to personnel changes, which did make me somewhat anxious about my case, however Vincent and the team really came through for me and successfully negotiated an exceptional settlement on my behalf.
