1 /5 Chastity Smith: I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes and I called when you opened. I am calling from Ohio and there is a time difference. I have life and it doesnt involve sitting waiting for someone to answer and answer a simple question! How rude cane you be? No bank any where is that busy at opening. And the people answering arent even at the bank they are in a call center somewhere accessing your account information from the information you give them. This is really ridiculous!

1 /5 Hector Sevilla: The worst experience ever, dont bother doing business with them. Very unprofessional, rude and have no clue on what they are doing. Take your money and let another bank help you out.
