1 /5 Chastity Smith: I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes and I called when you opened. I am calling from Ohio and there is a time difference. I have life and it doesnt involve sitting waiting for someone to answer and answer a simple question! How rude cane you be? No bank any where is that busy at opening. And the people answering arent even at the bank they are in a call center somewhere accessing your account information from the information you give them. This is really ridiculous!
