1 /5 Andrea Altman: UPDATE (months later)** GOLDEN STATE SANTA ROSA- Curiel and Catone -after successfully navigating through the unethical and possibly unlawful take over of my retirement and trusts accounts by Catone and Curiel I learned that the oversight groups agree with my complaints and will question and interview these two nefarious characters masquerading as financial consultants. Groups like FINRA, CFP.net, plus the county of Sonoma. These two had no cause to move our accounts other than their attempt to raid another firm that Curiel worked for. Not informing clients, especially those who were gaslighted by Curiel into thinking she is honest and ethical while being anything but, about the movement of personal accounts to another firm/platform/fee structure/service access without any communication to the client is simply wrong. Why use a firm that will be scrutinized and audited by every major oversight group in their field? Geez, even LPL wants to wash their hands of the actions by these folks, as they explained to me. Too bad one needs to touch a star that turns gold in this review. Would be better to touch a star that turns a very cautious red
* original post -This firm seems to practice raiding accounts of other institutions. I would avoid at all costs. Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating allowable on this site. Extremely unethical group of people.
UPDATE: 1 week later they have now taken and moved all of my accounts without my consent and removed my access to the accounts. Don’t go near this group.
