5 /5 Dakota White: I just wanna say that this place was great. All the employees are great but Antonio and Christopher were amazing. Christopher help me open up a bank account went over everything I needed every question that I asked he answered he wasn’t quick to get me out. Even when a lady got awfully aggressive with her, they both kept their cool and tried to help her to the best of their ability. They are amazing if you need help ask for one of them.

1 /5 Renee Rogers Burnett: I went there to cash a small government issued check. I have my DMV paperwork and several other forms of identification but the stuck up woman at the counter wouldnt cash it. Neither would her high and mighty super stuck up supervisor. Laughed at me for trying to cash their check issued by the government. I would give minus a hundred stars and I will be making an ordeal with the cfpb, bbb, FDIC, and issuer of said check.

1 /5 Kissda Mooth: Long time Wells Fargo customer. Typically I go in here with the hope there are two tellers and the reality that most times there is one often during busiest times. Typically wait time are 20 minutes and the last time was 45 minutes with bankers and manager hanging out and talking about non bank information, with occasional look up and standard “thank you for your patience”. I live in rural area out of town so round trip to Jackson is 1.5 hours and the last time I tried to cash a Wells Fargo “CASHiers check” I was told they didn’t have enough cash and to call 3 days prior. Wells Fargo had no problem taking my cash same day for cashier’s check they just don’t want to give it back when you need it. As many of the reviews here the employees are snarky, the parking lot is too small and disabled space always filled by non Wells Fargo clients. If you can, avoid this place at all costs and drive the hour to the big city Wells Fargo’s.

1 /5 Anthony Quaranta: This Wells Fargo has a lot to learn. If it werent for a select few, this site would be better used as a dumping ground for "refuse, also called municipal solid waste, nonhazardous solid waste that requires collection and transport to a processing or disposal site." An employee attempted to contact me, Im guessing for details but I felt like youre part of the problem so how are "you" going to fix something youre directly responsible for.
