Gina Kilmer We were looking for a truck and had heard wonderful things about Thompsons dealership in placerville. We spoke to Matt and he asked all the right questions to find out specifically what we were looking for. We thought that we were going to have to design it, and order it, in order to get exactly what we wanted which would take much longer. But Matt went right to work and found the truck we wanted at another dealership and was able to acquire it for us. When we went in to pick up the vehicle everything went extremely smoothly. Miguel in finance was great and made things so simple. Everyone there was so friendly, even down to the young man moving vehicles in the lot. I dont think we could have had a better experience and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Emerald Malijan - ONeill very disappointed with Margret Ann Johnson the agent who was a referral to me and my husband from a very good friend of mine. After getting my husband approved. (pushy and was calling only when it was good for her) I needed some help with my own life insurance getting approved and she was very un responsive. Ive left several messages to her Main line in the Antioch office, emails, voicemails no respond from anyone. Very poor value and not professional at all. I had to go with someone else in the Benicia Primerica Office to have him help me with blood work for the approval and also helped me with my parents life insurance. Do not deal with Margret Ann Johnson and her branch in Antioch. P.S someone needs to tell her to pause sometimes when speaking instead of saying "ums".
