Ricardo Galvez I would like to thank Janet Flores so much for her amazing customer service. A few weeks ago I was in an accident and my brand-new car that I financed with Merco was totaled. I had no idea on how to collect my gap insurance and move forward with things. Thanks to Janet I was able to get what I needed done, she made me feel real comfortable with the whole process and completed all the paperwork for me. John Lloyd My mom worked at Eskaton since 2017. I was 8 years old then. I remembered she took me to Eskaton for Halloween trick or treat. The place was welcoming and nice, they had a lot of activities set up for the kids to have fun as well as the elderly. The environment was warm and really inviting and I had a great time there when I was little.
