He listened to me like a friend while maintaining a high level of professionalism, expertly advising me on my account. Despite having a different accent, Elijah made sure I felt heard and understood, never making me feel like it was a problem. I had two appointments with him, and both were exceptional. All my doubts were resolved, and the entire process felt effortless, thanks to Elijah’s guidance. During my first appointment at 11:00 am, I arrived early at 10:50 am and was promptly met by Elijah at 11:00 am sharp. His punctuality was impressive. For my second appointment, also at 11:00 am, Elijah even called me at 9:00 am to remind me and ask if there was anything he could prepare or Set up in advance to save my time—such thoughtful service! When I arrived for the second appointment, I noticed him attentively assisting an elderly lady. After finishing, he walked her to the door, which shows how thoughtful and helpful he is.
