I reached out to set up a meeting to talk and meet with him and let him know my situation with my son. Talking to him it made me feel like I wasn’t talking to attorney I was talking to a person who truly genuinely cared. The determination he had to make sure my son wasn’t charged with the crimes he didn’t commit was a plus. He fought for him for months making it a priority. It was nice to have someone on our side to help us fight. We weren’t alone and he spoke for us which was another plus. I would definitely recommend Mr. Welch to help you fight

5 /5 Luz Garcia: Chris is quite literally the best lawyer you could ever hire. From the very beginning it felt like he genuinely cared and was committed to helping us get the best possible outcome for a very serious situation. He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and present. He never sugar coated anything but assured us he was fighting for us and explained all the possible outcomes (multiple times I might add) both good or bad. It never felt like we were just a case to him and the only word that we could use to explain what it felt like to have him represent us in front of the judge is safe. Lisa is also amazing! She was always quick to text or call back if Chris was busy and is a breath of fresh air with her smile and positivity. Together they are an amazing team. Chris was able to help us walk away from what could have been a life sentence with just some time served, which is a win. He never gave up and because of his dedication and hard work our family will be together and be able to walk away from this and never have to look back.

Long story short, I was defending myself. I reach out and communicated with various of lawyers before choosing Chris. What I liked about him versus the others was its wasnt a sales pitch he was giving he actually cares and is passionate about what he does. I appreciated that he was very blunt- didnt sugar coat anything. I appreciated his counseling through this dark chapter in my life. 5 /5 TIM Guerra: Hello, my name is Tim. I normally don’t write reviews, but after my recent experience with Mr. Welch, I felt it was necessary. Mr. Welch was actually my second attorney. I originally hired an attorney out of Calabasas, although he was communicative and respectful, he was not experienced in gun law. His honest opinion was he could not guarantee that I would not end up being a felon & was suggesting that I might plead guilty to get a lesser charge, which is really scary to somebody who’s has never been arrested or convicted in his life. I started researching attorneys that were familiar in gun law. There was one attorney that was recommended by multiple people and multiple attorneys in the Ventura county, which was Mr. Welch. Upon meeting Mr. Welch and explaining the situation I was in, he was very understanding and also very upset that an honest, hard-working citizen would end up being in my position. He assured me that he would do everything in his power to make sure I did not step foot in a jail. Mr. Welch is highly knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to gun law and to be quite honest, I don’t think I would’ve had the same outcome had l stayed with the first attorney. During our preliminary examination Mr. Welch did an amazing job, his attention to detail, his vast knowledge on the mechanicals of weapons and his extensive research landed a modern day miracle, & my case was dismissed. Through the whole process, he was very supportive and very communicative. He always got back to me in a timely fashion either with a phone call or email. To give you my honest opinion, I would highly recommend Mr. Welch. My family and I thank you for everything that you did for us. I can’t express the amount of gratitude that I have for you and your firm. Through the whole process Mr. Welch believed that I was innocent & asserted me that everything was going to be okay. There was one thing that stood out to me, after the case was dismissed, Mr. Welch demonstrated an act of humility in my opinion, instead of being overconfident and cocky his reply was (God is good.) me being a man of faith i definitely agree with that statement!
