Throughout the whole sordid business she was calm and patient but completely dedicated to my case and always willing to discuss and recommend strategy, provide advice on related matters, and most importantly, listen. Her office was a pleasure to work with as well, always organized and prompt in responding to any inquiries, not to mention simply being pleasant to deal with one-on-one.
