I am also in the military and meeting deadlines during escrow were challenging, but they took care of everything. I was able to email, call, and text more than one person who was helping me. 5 /5 Jessica Bravo: I had the pleasure of working with Fidel and Rebecca on closing a loan for my first home. Though I originally walked in to Veritas funding in 2017. In 2017 I was given a folder on what I need to correct to be able to purchase a home, after fixing those issues I returned. The entire process though long was explained in great detail and Fidel and Rebecca were always available to ask questions weekends, days and night. I remember asking Fidel for advice and he said "Im going to tell you what I would tell my daughter" in this moment I knew I had made the right choice. The day I closed Fidel took the time to call my realtor and three way me in as a joking request I had made to tell me I closed on my new home. As a father of a special needs son, I had to take my son to most meetings with Fidel and his team, and all I can say is that they were very understanding and never made my family and I feel uncomfortable, always going above and beyond for us.
