Sandra Hurtado I’ve been an RCB member for about 2 years now and i absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I stop by the branch. They don’t charge excessive unnecessary fees and I love their new mobile app. I appreciate supporting local over the big brand banks that don’t care about you. I look forward to being a long time customer.

Anthony Kang Shamal was awesome in helping me resolve my old tax return issues. He responded to my reach out the very next morning, told me the exact documents he needed AND how to get them, and came up with a solution within a day. Luckily, my issue was able to be handled on my own thanks to his detailed instructions. Will definitely look to work with Shamal again as my filings become more complicated.
