John Garcia I’ve worked with many financial institutions in the past but Regional Finance was hands down the easy to work with. Daniel as a finance officer was incredible. Guided me through the breakdown of the loan and didn’t try to sugarcoat any of the fine print like most financial companies do. I can’t say anything more on how great Daniel and Regional Finance, I just wish more institutions had the same ethics.

Marie Thatcher super unprofessional and flaky... I have been with New York Life for over 15 years and a lot of things changed so I have been trying for over 2 years to change my policy. My my representative will not call me back or email I have been trying to reach her for weeks. I did a medical examination and never heard back from the company or my rep. I switched to Farmers Insurance and the customer service was Top Notch and got me all taken care of within a few days.
