1 /5 N R: Wow...its shocking how this branch gets new customers, because the rudeness in them is on point. I come in; wait in line. I tell them Im here to open a bank account. They said have a seat. I have a seat. Flocks of ppl come in. Get helped first. No one tells me Im waiting for someone to get back. They return from what I guess was lunch, and they say what are you here for today. I let them know, and how long Ive been waiting, and that no one told me I was waiting for someone to get back from lunch. No apology just straight to business. I walked out. Lesson! Customer Service is Key!
