What Clients Are Saying Nuvision Credit Union (GG)
1 /5 Lucia Arce: Extremely BAD policy. I deposited a large check on August 13. I told the teller I wanted to open a CD with it but was pressed for time so the money was deposited on my savings. Today August 17 after waiting one hour and fifty minutes for a call back, I tried to open the CD, but this credit union could not move the money to a 13-months CD because they put a hold on my check. Therefore, my money is getting pennies on the dollar until the 22 of August when I would be allowed to move the money to the CD.
I could understand if Nuvision would not want to give me the money to take some where else but not allowing me to place it in a CD with Univision is stealing interest from me. I tried to send them a screenshot showing the check already cleared my bank but was told no. I asked for a supervisor and was told only the branch could release the hold and there was no way they could talk to the branch. I was and remain so upset. So sad to see so many at the branch with nothing to do while calls go immediately to a call center where one can wait almost two hours to talk to a representative and still get no help. This place has a substantial amount of my hard earned money. I will make sure I will not add more and instead will take it out where they have more fair policies even if they are paying one half percent less in interest.
1 /5 Donald Coulter: Drove a half hour to get here and was told that they are a “coin less” branch. This was after being told that all of NuVision’s branches accept rolled coins. NuVision is gobbling up these old credit unions and the customer service is in the toilet. Time to close my accounts
1 /5 Norman Arnold: THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I paid off my auto loan in June 2018 and I have still not received the title for the car! Years of being told to wait and being given the run around. I PAID OFF THE LOAN AND NEVER WAS GIVEN THE PINK SLIP. Terrible company out to screw over their customers in any way possible! NEVER BANK HERE.

D C I spoke with one woman then we had a appointment for next day then shes not in so this other woman helped me ..should of told me if your not coming ? But the othe woman was kind and friendly. I give it a score of 6 .
