1 /5 S.Davis: Omg they hate their job. One time being rude fine it’s a bad day, but every time they are so Rude. I am opening an account with members first in Anderson just so I don’t have to deal with them for my rent collections Amelia and Melanie are miserable people who I think should find a new job or retire. They act completely bothered by whatever basic bank needs you need. I’ve never had a bank roller eyes or huff at you.

2 /5 Ashlee Mast: Bank teller Emilie (not sure of spelling) was extremely rude and obnoxious. I asked to put money in my mother-inlaws account and instead of nicely saying I needed the account number she said it with a snarky attitude. I knew when I greeted her she was either in a bad mood or just hates her job. I gave two stars because the building was clean and there was ample parking.

1 /5 Jodi Bales: I used to think that this was a great bank with great service. Not any more. This is response to the empty answer that USBank Anderson posted. If i were you I would suggest that you have called and talked to myself and my husband 3times now over the last year. Its disingenuous for you to post an empty answer. You know the bank has a line and often the atm and the inside hours change. You know that the Redding branch is not like this nor is the branch i use when i am in other towns. Its you period

1 /5 Dillon Vaughan: I called in to ask if any of the branches in the area offered coin counting and the laughed at me and told me no. Its cool if thats not something banks offer anymore but theres no reason to be a douche about it..
