Long Family Would not recommend this bank for personal or business use!! Since opening this account nothing has gone smoothly. I couldnt even activate the card they sent me in the mail! Today my atm card was swallowed by an atm machine. Took over an hour to get a human on the phone and this required calling all four of their numbers. The only good thing they have going for them is the bank manager at the Center St location. Dont open an account here, save yourself now and check out other credit unions.

Rosa Pacheco Tiffani is just the best at what she does! We were first time home buyers & let me tell you our experience was the best! Tiffani is very helpful and she is very communicative and always on top of things! Loved the whole experience was very fast & smooth. Hope to work with her in the future as well.
