1 /5 Cj Nunez: If I could I would give them 0 stars to this location i drove 2 hrs away allready a approve customer . From another city I decided to meet here because the car I wanted was in fresno drove from bakersfield and when I got there with the buyer I was told to leave and return tommorow by the store manager some chunky laddy. With an attitude...when I ask who she was I was told she was the store manager!. she didnt care I drove two hrs away said the process takes 1 hr to do paper work when my rep in my city said it takes about 15 to 30 minutes tops I got there at 6:40 pm .. if it wasnt for my rep in bakersfield I take my buissness somewhere elses ! This manager did not want to work overtime a extra 15 minutes wouldnt have hurt anyone specially if all your doing is wrapping up a deal for one main financial bad way to represent one main financial I wonder how many more customers they kick out!

1 /5 Steve Miller: If I could give zero stars I would but have have to give one to write review. Very misleading. Judith guarantees a loan, went through whole process, followed up next day and was told donors by underwriters. Forget that we received an email saying approved or that we were told in specific detail what they could offer. They lied. And manager Diane offered ZERO help. One Main is a joke

1 /5 D B: Took time off from work to do closing documents with an associate at this place. Previously I was told over the phone that I was approved and to head down to the office to secure the loan. I went there and spent 2 hours in that office only for them to tell me that I was not approved for the loan after all. It was overall and awkward experience. Later I called to ask a question and the lady Mary who answered had a very dry/rude demeanor (maybe I would to having to work at a place like this). It was an overall awkward experience and a complete waste of time. If you tell people over the phone that they are approved and then have them come into your office for 2 hours, missing work only for you to tell them you messed up-you really need to reevaluate your business practices. Long story short, this place sucks.
