Cesar Ramirez I hired Rodolfo Herrera from the Herrera Law Firm to help out with a pretty scary issue where being a single father can be the worst fear when it comes to losing your children. I was worried I would lose everything, meaning my 2 kids, but Rodolfo got us sorted out after just a one meeting. He heard my case and was very knowledgeable on it and would answer all my questions. Rodolfo Herrera was available to listen and understand what was in the best interest of my case. The hopes to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. Not only was he able to defend me from losing my parental rights, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. My children and I are eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Mr. Herrera without reservation. The whole experience was so much easier on us because of his law firm. I’d HIGHLY recommend and would use them again if the need arises, both instances I have required your representation have been a victory to me and children. Robert Yeager I really enjoyed meeting Jim Filippi and his team. Although, we had to hold off on doing our estate planning for now, we will definitely use Filippi Law Firm in the next year or two. Jim impressed me with his presentation, and his character. Jim came across as decent, humble, and honest. These are qualities that are sorely lacking in our society in 2025, much less among lawyers and politicians. I think Jim has carefully built his business or firm over many years and is keen to maintain its excellent reputation, and overall integrity. He is a former policeman and fireman who has not forgotten his working class roots and commitment to public service.

alejandro pureco After a couple of years of dealing with the same issue with my new 2023 car, I researched lemon law attorneys and came across Conn Law PC. I reached out to them through their website and within a day or two attorney Kira Patterson called me. After explaining the situation in more detail Kira asked me for copies of all the repairs paperwork. A few days later she got back to me. She said she thought I had a good case, but before going through the courts, her suggestion was for me to contact the corporate offices of the manufacturer (she even gave me that number and email address), and basically tell them “I think you sold me a lemon and I’d like you to buy it back”. After several communications and reviews/approvals by different groups, they agreed to buy the car back from me. They returned every dollar I paid (down payment, payments to the lender, and even renewal registration fee). The process took about three months. From my research, it takes a lot longer for most people. In my case it was much shorter thanks to Kira’s responsiveness and honesty. Her priority was for me to get a fair result even if she did not make any money by taking the case to court, which she probably could have. Highly recommend Conn Law, and specifically Kira Patterson.

Jane Miha Do NOT use! Ian is telling the truth. I met with Sasha, and she was the attorney of my dreams. I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. When I did finally reach a paralegal and she attempted to file the petition (that was missing from the original paperwork), it was rejected. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.

Mr. Barnum met with me outside his business hours on a short notice and educated me about my rights and helped me put together cross examination questions that would help my case. During the hearing I felt very confident and in control all thanks to Mr. Barnum. I would highly recommend him!
