He was helpful in educating me about the insurance policy and the different costs/premiums that come with homeowner insurance. He communicated very quickly and was able to get me a great rate! Once we were locked in, he also helped avoid a rate increase by making sure our insurance policy started a few days early and before the rate increase date cutoff.
