Michael Scott’s Allstate Insurance Agency is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented agency I have ever worked with. I am so grateful that I am able to contact them anytime and have my questions answered quickly and accurately. In an age where everything is so impersonal, it is wonderful to know that I can call and have what I need done quickly and with a personal touch! 5 /5 Michael C: The guy knows more than agents I have spoke with in the past 10 years. Really knows his stuff and the most helpful person I know of in the industry . Really looking out for me to get the best coverages/prices without selling me all the “add on’s”. Does not disappoint.

4 /5 devildoggie13: I’ve had my home insured with this office since i bought it in ****.when his father was our agent there. Price seemed fair. No claims, no problems, no interaction with the office at all. I paid my bill, I forgot about it. Now that Michael has taken over the place I have had more input from him. A potential problem with my renewal based on overgrown trees was easily fixed when he brought it to my attention. I’m much more pleased with his involvement and personal attention than I was when his father was the agent. So I will continue on with Allstate, though there was a time when I considered a change. Thanks, Michael!

4 /5 Al Big (Big Al): The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price hike by insurance companies which like other businesses as soon as price of gas went up by a dollar, they did not waste time and jacket up by more than a double.
