She was very patient and understanding through the whole process. She kept me informed or when I contacted her was able to respond and clarify so I could understand what was going on. This Process took longer but no fault to her or the Firm, but due to the fact that I was diagnosed eventually with sleep apnea, which delayed my process but my right knee is great now And I would greatly like to recommend Dr Attums I had no pain in my knee after the surgery except my calf did swelled up that was a different issue Thank you Julia

5 /5 jim cervantes: I have no idea where to start. I Got an accident on August 29. Someone tbone me. I only had few month with my first car which nobody co sign for me. It was total. My insurance paid the remaining of loan and I got just a 3 grand so I finance my 2nd car. Anyway my accident effected my life. I have ptsd and lot of depression and anxiety. Oh I was bruise and sore. But ptsd was bad. Im calming now a bit. Im on therapy. Anyway I went after that women insurance. I probably wouldnt But she total my beautiful car I just had for few month and which I lost over 9 grand that i paid plus few month payment. Plus she was under influence of marijuana and other drugs. She got dui and went to jail. Im a humble guy. But this time no more chances to nobody who drive under influence. No more Mr nice guy. I called The May Law Firm. They assign this very young lady name Jacqueline Loera as a case manager. And wow so easy to work with of my case. Took lot of months. But hey it was worth it. I had to go see their own doctor. She had to gather lot of info. Anyways she always there to answer my question. EIther by text, email or by phone. I feel bad been bugging her and well I got into debt because of that person who hit me. But hey its final and Im receiving my settlement. I would say they do charge good amount of money. But these are professionals!!!! I swear Jacqueline Loera is the best. I will do business with again with the firm. And I hope she available if there a service I need from them.
