He is compassionate and patient with my situation and communication is easy. David is responsive to my questions and knowledgeable about Judges, other attorneys in the area, and family law. David is honest and I feel like he is looking out for my best interest and he has earned by respect and trust.

5 /5 Jeannie Orr: David and Kathryn Masci are an amazing team when it comes to helping you face one of the most emotional decisions that you will ever make in life. They were both there for me from wiping my tears away, to figuring out what paperwork I had to submit, to giving me the best guidance that would affect my decision for the rest of my life. Kathryn Masci was so patient with me, walking me through how to submit everything on line and sent me a statement monthly so I knew how my payments were being absorbed. David Masci is compassionate and made me feel comfortable telling him the rawest part of my life and when I asked him to “just get this over as fast as you can” he took the time to understand where that emotion was coming from because it was out of character for me and he was correct I was talking out of anger and pain (very common for this situation) he advised me to not make hasty decisions, but to stop and think about my needs for the long run, this was GREAT ADVICE!!! When I had to call to let them know my husband and I would be cancelling the divorce, he was more than happy for me, sincerely happy for us. You would think a divorce attorney would be skeptical and or condescending, but he was kind and offered more good advice about how to finalize the decision. If you are reading this review, I will let you know that I have felt your pain and highly recommend Masci and Masci to help you through this.

5 /5 Jennifer Michales: I would highly recommend David Masci... In October of last year I reached hoping to only need David to file with the courts and review our final agreement after going through medication which we beginning in early December. Unfortunately, mediation did not work. In February, my soon to be ex-husband broke into my home in the middle of night after drinking. A restraining order was put in place, and since then David Masci has been my right hand.. We had to fight for custody, restraining order, supervised visits and on every front David was prepared, he knew my case inside and out.. He was invested in me. He was always available and extremely professional.. We have had multiple court appearances, not to mention a 2 day trial. At every court appearance we have come out on top. My case has not been easy, my ex has gone through 3 attorneys causing more than one extension. Going through a divorce is an extremely emotional and painful experience, and you NEED someone you can trust to represent you. I trust David completely, I couldnt imagine not having him as my lawyer over last 12 months.. We are not done yet, but we are close. And I know that whatever comes our way, he will be ready for it. :-)

David demonstrated the attributes I was looking for: very easy to work with, listened to my concerns, compassionate, and clearly communicated his thoughts. I could tell he was not a shark but a man of integrity. He answered all of my questions and demonstrated knowledge of family law as well as experience in local courts with various judges and opposing council. David treated me like I was his only client. He and his staff were quick to respond to questions as well as kept me informed on what opposing council requests, he always gave me good sound legal advice. He was also great at resolving issues that would arise until we finally got a just settlement. In the end, David had my back through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend David Masci to anyone!... I find the cost, consistent with others, was well worth the peace of mind!
